1 General Terms & Conditions

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is a violation of the Terms and Conditions. If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, contact dabu88 support immediately.

Only one dabu88 account may be operated per mobile number, payment account, or device. Creating multiple accounts is a direct violation of the Terms and Conditions.

3 Eligibility Criteria

To use dabu88, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• You must not be located in a country where online betting is completely prohibited
• Must be of sound mind and capable of making independent decisions
• Only bet with your own money — never use borrowed funds or money belonging to someone else

5 Payment Policy

Deposit

Deposits on dabu88 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit is BDT 300. Deposits are generally instant — bank transfers may take 1-2 hours.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name
• Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted

Withdraw

• Evidence of fraudulent activity
• Failure to pass age verification
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months)
• By court order or at the request of a regulatory authority

You have the option to appeal an account closure. Appeals must be submitted via the support email within 30 days. dabu88 will communicate its decision within 7 business days.

Members may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, the remaining balance will be returned after pending bets are settled.

10 Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on the dabu88 website — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is protected under the intellectual property rights of dabu88 or its respective licensors.

• Copying or distributing content for any purpose other than personal use is strictly prohibited
• Running any advertisement or promotional campaign using the dabu88 name or logo is not permitted.
• Reverse-engineering the website's code or software is prohibited

11 Limitation of Liability

Dabu88 is not liable for the following:

• For bets lost due to an internet connection failure
